Archery Party or Team Building - (Price Varies, call for pricing and scheduling)
Bring a group and celebrate a birthday or other event, or you work team for some team building. Call for additional details and scheduling. Valkyrie has a large space that can be used for meetings, team building exercises, and parties. Large Groups may be asked to pay a non refundable deposits.
Lesson - Single Person - $ 35 (55 Minutes) (Book Now) (Appointments are only available on Saturdays)
Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced shooters are welcome, bring your own equipment or use our recurves.
Bow Tuning and Setup - $50 (55 Minutes) (Book Now) (Appointments are only available on Saturdays)
Have your bow setup by an expert! A full hour of individualized attention specific to your needs. Service may include complete setup of new bow, or old bow, Tillering, Timing, Rest Positioning, String Maintenance, Axle Inspection, String Repair, Peep Location, Paper Tuning, Installation of Accessories, Arrow Repair and Cutting to Length. Basic Instruction and Testing of Equipment included in price. Cash is preferred!

Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced - Your equipment or our recurves. Message number of persons and ages, and we will quote a price. Large group lessons usually book a 2 hour time. Large Groups may be asked to pay a non refundable deposit.
CANCELLATION POLICY - please cancel your lesson no later than 72 hours prior to the lesson time. I have many people and groups asking for lessons and would like to accommodate as many as possible. Also, no shows or late cancellations may cause future request to be approved after all other requests. Don't be a FOMO person! Cash is preferred!

About us
Valkyrie Archery Lanes began in 1971, and has been in continuous operation since. This family owned and operated business provides the archery enthusiast a variety of services including archery sale, repair, lessons, and leagues.
Valkyrie has supported archery in many ways. Valkyrie has hosted state archery events, local indoor shoots, hunting seminars and team building events. Roger, with major support from his wife Betty, was the first Badger State Games Commissioner, holding the position for many years and was instrumental in the development of the Archery Event. Roger and Betty lead the Wisconsin Archers Association during the 1980's, holding various board member positions including President. Daughter Ann is also a past Wisconsin State Archers Association President, Northern Archery Association Vice President, and USA Archery team member. Ann has achieved many titles in both Recurve and Compound target archery including Local, State, Regional and National Champion and is also a World Record Holder.
Valkyrie offers bow tuning services including string replacement and maintenance. We offer a select variety of accessories, with access to all the various new products on the market. We custom fletch all arrows both customer arrows and stock arrows. We also refletch arrows with your choice of Blazer Vanes, or Feathers.
Ann offers lessons to all levels of archer, beginner to expert. Valkyrie has a supply of recurve equipment that may be used for lessons if the archer does not have their own bows and arrows. No rental fee or range time fee is charged during a lesson. Or you may bring your own equipment to use during instruction. Ann is the principle coach, and is an enthusiastic and knowledgeable teacher in the different types of archery including Compound, Recurve, and Barebow disciplines. There is always more to learn in the sport of archery, so don't hesitate to try a different type of bow!
Valkyrie can accommodate shooting distances from 5 to 20 yards. Bow racks are available. We are located upstairs above Mt. Horeb Pharmacy and unfortunately there is no elevator. If you need a bow serviced or wish to purchase equipment, we offer curbside pickup, please call ahead to arrange.
